Each activity available on WaveToTake is offered by an independent local provider. Cancellation and refund policies may therefore vary depending on the activity and the provider.

The applicable cancellation policy will always be clearly displayed on the activity page and during the booking process before payment.

2. Free Cancellation

Some activities may offer free cancellation up to a specific time before the scheduled start of the activity.

The free cancellation deadline, if applicable, will be indicated on the activity page. Cancellations made before this deadline will be eligible for a full refund.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made after the free cancellation period, or failure to show up at the activity start time, may result in partial or full charges, according to the provider’s policy.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows unless otherwise specified by the activity provider.

4. Changes by the Activity Provider

In certain circumstances, activity providers may need to modify, reschedule, or cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or unforeseen events.

If an activity is canceled by the provider, you will be offered either a rescheduled date, an alternative activity, or a full refund, depending on availability.

5. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please follow the cancellation instructions provided in your booking confirmation email or log in to your account on WaveToTake.
